Changed your mind or made a mistake when placing your order? No problem. Here’s how to cancel or modify your order quickly and easily.

Cancellation or modification period: 24 hours

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order enters preparation, and we can no longer guarantee cancellation or modification, as we process orders as quickly as possible so you receive your purchase as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

1. Email us as soon as possible at info@modalucia.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation”.
2. Our team will confirm the cancellation by email.
3. If payment has already been made, you’ll receive a full refund using the same payment method you used. The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days, although it’s usually much faster.

How do I modify my order?

Would you like to change the size, color, or delivery address? Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase via info@modalucia.com, providing your order number and the changes you’d like to make. We’ll do everything we can to apply them before your order is shipped.

Tip: Always check your delivery address before completing your purchase. An incorrect address may cause delays or result in the shipment being lost.

What if 24 hours have already passed?

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. But don't worry: once you receive your order, you can return it within our 30-day return period. See our Refund Policy for more information.

As a consumer in the European Union, you also always retain your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product.
