To preserve the shape and color of your garments for as long as possible:
- Wash at no more than 30 °C on a delicate cycle, and separate dark and light colors.
- Avoid the tumble dryer: it damages the fibers and shrinks knitwear. Dry flat in the shade.
- Knitwear and wool: hand wash or use the wool cycle, without spinning, and dry flat.
- Leather and faux leather: clean with a soft, dry cloth, never in the washing machine.
- Iron at a low temperature, inside out, and always follow the sewn-in label on the garment: it takes precedence over these general tips.

How do I choose my size?
Each product page has its size guide, just above the selector. Measure a garment you wear often and compare it with the chart: it’s more reliable than your usual size, which varies from one brand to another. If you’re between sizes for a suit or a coat, choose the larger one. And if it doesn’t fit, you have 30 days to exchange it.
Is the -10% or -20% discount applied automatically?
Yes. With 2 items in your cart, 10% is automatically deducted, and with 3 items, the discount increases to 20%. No code is needed; you’ll see the amount update in your cart. This applies on top of already discounted prices.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible after your purchase. As long as the order hasn’t left the warehouse, we can still change the size, color, or address, or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you’ll need to make a standard return and send it back to us within 30 days.
What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number, and we’ll take care of everything. If you added Shipping Protection to your cart, we’ll handle the entire claim for you: we’ll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it’s closed.
Do the colors match the photos?
Our photos are taken in natural light, without color retouching. Slight differences may still occur depending on your screen and the lighting in your room. If the shade isn’t what you expected, you can still exchange or return it within 30 days.
