At Moda Lucia, we want you to receive your order quickly, safely, and without surprises. Here you'll find all the information about our shipping.

Free shipping on all orders

All orders enjoy free shipping, with no minimum purchase. The price you see at checkout is the final price: no shipping fees, duties, or additional costs upon delivery.

Which countries do we ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries:

Delivery times

Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) enter processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

The delivery times listed apply to all destination countries and are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Taxes and customs included (DDP)

All our shipments are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis: taxes, duties, and any customs fees are already included in your order price. You will never have to pay additional costs upon delivery.

Track your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Please note that it may take 24 to 72 hours after shipment for your tracking number to become active.

Partial deliveries

For orders with multiple items, shipping may be split into separate deliveries at no extra cost. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Is your order delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us at info@modalucia.com and we'll look into it right away. In most cases, it's a minor carrier delay, but we're always here to help.

Has your order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos of the product and packaging. We'll take care of the entire solution at no cost to you. Find more information in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect delivery address?

Always check your address before completing your purchase. Noticed an error? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@modalucia.com, and we'll do our best to correct it before shipping. See our Cancellations page as well.
