To preserve the shape and color of your garments for as long as possible:
- Wash at a maximum of 30 °C on a delicate cycle, and separate dark colors from light ones.
- Avoid the dryer: it damages the fibers and shrinks knitwear. Lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Knitwear and wool: hand-wash or use the wool cycle, without spinning, and lay flat to dry.
- Leather and faux leather: clean with a soft, dry cloth; never put them in the washing machine.
- Iron at a low temperature, inside out, and always follow the care label sewn into the garment: it takes precedence over these general tips.

Do you ship to my country?
We offer free shipping to Spain and the other countries in our store, with no minimum order. All shipments are sent DDP: taxes included, with no customs duties or import fees due on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days. After that, allow 3 to 8 business days for shipping. You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your item, without giving a reason, unused and with its tags attached. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after approval, to your original payment method. To start a return, email us at info@modalucia.com with your order number.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page has its size guide, just above the selector. Measure a garment you wear often and compare it with the chart: it’s more reliable than your usual size, which varies from one brand to another. If you’re between sizes for a suit or a coat, choose the larger one. And if it doesn’t fit, you have 30 days to exchange it.
Is the -10% or -20% discount applied automatically?
Yes. With 2 items in your cart, 10% is automatically deducted, and with 3 items, the discount increases to 20%. No code is needed; you’ll see the amount update in your cart. This applies on top of already discounted prices.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible after your purchase. As long as the order hasn’t left the warehouse, we can still change the size, color, or address, or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you’ll need to make a standard return and send it back to us within 30 days.
What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and we’ll take care of everything. If you added Shipping Protection to your cart, we’ll manage the entire claim for you: we’ll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it’s resolved.
Do the colors match the photos?
Our photos are taken in natural light, without color retouching. Slight differences may still occur depending on your screen and the lighting in your room. If the shade isn’t what you expected, you can still exchange or return it within 30 days.
